Get ready to be wowed by the new Pumpz & Company store, now open at Galleria. From the posh chandelier to the custom animal print carpet, the independent shoe boutique finally has a dramatic, sophisticated space befitting its exclusive assortment of designer footwear and accessories, including Robert Clergerie, Fiorentini + Baker, and AGL. Handbags from 3.1 Phillip Lim, Jerome Dryfus, and other top brands are more prominently displayed. Vintage Chanel jewelry and bags now have a case all their own. Pumpz has added a small assortment of luxe outerwear—think: camo meets fur.
From store design to merchandise, this is a store to rival any national retailer—we're lucky to claim it! Owner Marlys Badzin and store director Amy Rich regularly travel not only to New York, but Paris and Milan to stay several steps ahead of the trends, and it shows. "We want to bring the experience of market around the world to our customers with whom we've built strong relationships over the past decade," Badzin says.
The new Pumpz store is near Crate & Barrel, in the former (totally unrecognizable) Three Rooms corner space. Expect more fall arrivals in the coming weeks, culminating with a grand opening event on Sept. 20.
