Class Description: Join Minneapolis Boxing Club for a taste of life in the ring. In this 45 minute session we will cover basic boxing technique and strategy, as well as dig in to the conditioning and strength training necessary to excel in the ring. Class will begin with a dynamic warm-up then continue with boxing drills and technique. Finally, we will wrap up with a HIIT-style finisher to really level up your conditioning. Whether you have a dream to step in the ring as an amateur boxer, learn the sport of boxing or just to get in shape, this training is for you! All levels welcome.

Class Description: These classes are our bread and butter. Think: power yoga warm-up, 10 minutes of high intensity workouts with movements that change daily, power yoga cool-down. Every class starts with an overview of the class and workout structure followed by demos of the movements and modifications. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more alive.

Class Description: Resistance bands offer muscle-building tension that can be used anywhere. While the bands change your body composition the music will change your mood in this high energy workout.

Class Description: Basecamp Fitness offers a 35 minute HIIT workout that is fast, fun, and effective. We alternate between cardio training on an Assault Fitness bike and strength or functional training on the floor to maximize your time.
