- Rabbit Food; Roasted root vegetables, pickled root vegetables, dressed greens, toasted nuts, pear vinaigrette (GF, VT, VG, DF)
- Stuffed Popover; Stuffed with Manchego cheese, chorizo severed in a ramekin, comes with a side of whipped butter
- Quail Scotch Eggs; Chorizo wrapped quail egg, 3 scotch eggs with aioli
- Watermelon Gazpacho; Melon, cucumber, peppers & pressed tomato chilled (GF, VG, VT, DF)
Entrée (Choose One):
- Bastion Country Boil; Langoustines, white fish, potatoes in a velvet stew broth (GF, DF)
- Pork N’ Beans; slow cooked pork shoulder over Brazilian black beans, patatas brava, and plantains
- Mini Paella; Cast iron filled with saffron rice, chorizo, white fish, shrimp, chicken (GF)

- Tart; Strawberry, peach, rhubarb as a mini pie (VT)
