After twelve years operating Gorkha Palace in Northeast Minneapolis, business partners Rashmi Bhattachan and Sarala Kattel have opened a new fast-casual Indian Nepali restaurant in Chanhassen. At Thaliwala, each dish is a thoughtfully curated collection of flavors and ingredients designed to tantalize your taste buds and provide a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of India and Nepal. These carefully crafted dishes draw inspiration from mothers, grandmothers, and aunts who lovingly prepared meals for their entire families.
