- Imperial Island salad; Berries, mixed greens, candied walnuts, with strawberry vinaigrette
Entrée (Choose One):
- Love Big Burger; Char-broiled burger with sharp cheddar, bacon, fried onions on a brioche bun
- Prime Reuben; Corned beef, kimchi, 10,000 lakes dressing, Swiss cheese and toasted multi-grain bread
- Tuscan Salmon; Fresh sautéed salmon fillet served over spinach, artichokes, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli, finished in a white wine sauce

- Jumbo Lump Crab Cake; Light, airy, lump crab, baked and served with lemon caper remoulade
- Darbaki Cigar; Stuffed filo dough with house-smoked chicken, lump crab, fresh herbs served with soffritto sauce
- Moroccan Eggplant Bruschetta; Harissa, toasted sesame with soffritto sauce
Entrée (Choose One):
- Prime Six Filet; Tenderloin topped with jumbo lump crab and drizzled with our signature honey-bourbon butter sauce
- Alaskan Halibut; Pan-seared Alaskan halibut served on a bed of roasted carrots and asparagus topped with a golden raisin beurre blanc sauce
- Peking Chicken Sumontha; Special batter flash-fried chicken, de-glazed with garlic sweet and spicy sauce, topped with mélange of red peppers & chives
- The Vegan Casserole; Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, mushrooms, red peppers with agave cherry vinegar glace
