Chloe by Vincent is an authentic French bistro serving France’s regional food … with a “Bistro Grunge” vibe. Our atmosphere is informal and unpretentious with convivial service and craveable, comfort food. Chef Vincent Francoual’s menus mimic the dishes he likes to cook for his family and friends, ranging from a steaming bowl of French onion soup with cheese oozing over the sides to seared scallops with orange sauce to the fancy Vincent Burger that became a favorite at his former restaurant, Vincent A Restaurant. Enjoy fanciful cocktails, plus an extensive list of French wines, handpicked by our wine experts from small production wineries. Our name celebrates Vincent and Brenda Francoual’s young daughter, Chloe, who likes to cook with her papa. Her delightful signature is our logo. We open at 5 p.m. weekdays for dinner and at 4 p.m. on weekends. Our Happy Hour specials are available from 4 to 6 p.m. seven days a week. The inviting space and menu lend themselves to both a casual evening out and a special occasion. Or join us at the bar for a drink and appetizer before a play or sporting event. Located in the historic Canopy by Hilton building in the East Town area of Minneapolis (700 3rd St.S), we have plenty of street parking, plus a parking garage across the street, where you can park for $4 with a validated ticket.
