- Fire Roasted Lamb Tenderloin; Lamb chops, gyros, mushrooms, onions, fried potatoes, spinach. Mild or Spicy
- Royal Kabob Feast; Filet mignon kabob, chicken kabob, gyros with basmati rice, pine nuts and grilled vegetables
- Lamb Shank; Most tender part of the lamb leg, seasoned and slowly baked with green beans and carrots. Served with rice or couscous (Gf)
- Moussaka; Layers of sliced potatoes, eggplant, ground beef with a rice tomato sauce and topped with parmesan cheese (Gf)
- Baked Garlic-Lemon Salmon; Served with a cilantro-tomato salad, basmati rice and topped with toasted pine nuts (Gf)
- Gyro Stir-Fry; Gyros sautéed with mushrooms, onions, peppers and zucchini and stirred with a homemade savory-sweet sauce. Paired with rice
