Dr. Mary Meighan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a BA in Chemistry. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Medical School, completed her internship in internal medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Conn., a residency program in internal medicine, followed by a residency program in dermatology at Yale New Haven Hospital. She is board certified in both internal medicine and dermatology. Dr. Meighan has worked in the Twin Cities since 1991 practicing medical dermatology. She currently sees patients at Zel Skin and Laser Specialists in Plymouth and Edina.
