Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse and Supperclub’s Chef-Proprietor Burton Joseph, Ashley Young, and Brewmaster Brennan Greene have teamed up to create a brewhouse and supperclub to satisfy every customer. Ingredients are locally sourced and menus are seasonal.
