Q: I always think of soup in January, what are some not-to-miss choices?
A: Did you know that January was National Soup Month or are you just so psychically tuned to the universe (read: the weather)? I have to say my go-to-lunch-time-skyway-ready-tomato soup is the one at People’s Organic: tart, tangy, sharp, luscious. If you’re looking for a hearty experience, know that Tanpopo does ramen on Mondays and that is noodle soup of the highest order (non-Monday try moto-i’s versions). And if you want something new, try the Champagne, truffle, and potato soup at the new Borough, it’s poured tableside.
