Lyn 65 — Everything Nice
Everything Nice is a gin-based cocktail with warm spices of fall, balanced with notes of peach, citrus, and thyme—the perfect ingredients to ring in fall without totally letting go of summer.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- .5 oz Rothman and Winter Peach Liquor
- .75 oz Allspice Dram
- .75 oz fresh lime juice
- .25 oz Demerara Sugar Syrup
- Thyme
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Strain
- Garnish with a thyme leaf
Lawless — Cherry Bark Collins
The Cherry Bark Collins is the hottest cocktail on the Lawless Cocktail Room menu. Yours can be just as good, even without the gold-painted dried orange garnish.
Ingredients
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz Greenway Gin
- 4-5 dashes of Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
- 2 oz seltzer
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except for seltzer
- Shake with ice
- Add seltzer
- Double strain over ice
- Top with ice
Revival —The Grape and the Pear

Ingredients
- 2 oz cognac Pierre Ferrand
- .5 oz Matilde Poire
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Five spice syrup (1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 T. Five Spice --> bring to a boil, simmer for 10 min, and strain)
- 2 eye drops of Bittercube Bolivar
- 2 sage leaves
Directions
- Slap a sage leaf to bring out flavor
- Combine all ingredients
- Shake with ice
- Strain
