- Antipasto Salad; a half pint of chopped salami, mozzarella, kalamata olives, green olives, bell peppers, and chickpeas all tossed in a garlic olive oil dressing (GF)
- Winter Caprese Salad; a half pint of fresh mozzarella, roasted carrots and red potatoes, grape tomatoes, and fresh basil all tossed in a garlic olive oil (GF, V)
- Beet & Orange Salad; a half pint of roasted beets with fresh oranges, red onion, and fennel all tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette (GF, VG)
- Brussels Sprouts; roasted brussels sprouts, figs, red onion, and almonds in a sweet balsamic glaze. (GF, VG)
- Farfalle Pesto Salad; a half pint of bow-tie shaped pasta tossed with basil pesto, parmesan cheese, blanched green beans and pine nuts (V)
- Roasted Vegetables; herb roasted red potatoes, red bell peppers, eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, grape tomatoes and garlic cloves (GF, VG)
