- Skordalia; for garlic lovers, fresh garlic blended with potatoes, olive oil & red wine vinegar (V)
- Htipiti; feta cheese blended with roasted hot peppers,red peppers, olive oil & lemon
- Melitzanosalata; a purée of roasted eggplant, peppers, garlic, olive oil, parsley & red wine vinegar (V)
- Taramosalata; a delicate blend of fish roe blended with potatoes, olive oil, lemon & a touch of garlic
- Small Greek Salad; lettuce, tomatoes, onions, topped with feta, Greek olives & Salonica peppers, with house dressing

- Tashkebob; regional to northern Greece, tender pieces of lamb braised with tomatoes, wine & vegetables, sprinkled with kefalotyri cheese & served over rice
