- All You Can Eat Buffet; Our everyday Mediterranean buffet with all of our favorite menu items including a variety of salads, soups, gyros,chicken kabobs, falafel, hummus, spanakopita, grilled vegetables, pastas, chef specials, fresh fruit, desserts and more!
Dinner — $30
First Course (Choose One):
- FALAFEL; Chickpeas, spiced and deep-fried. Paired with tahini sauce (gf)
- Hummus Sampler; Original hummus, avocado hummus, and sriracha hummus (gf)
- Fried Cauliflower; Deep-fried with yogurt garlic sauce (gf)
- Grape Leaves; Stuffed with spiced rice, ground beef and topped with tomato sauce (gf)
- Pesto Shrimp w/toasted Pita Bread; Basil pesto, shrimp, tomatoes, feta cheese
- Spanakopita "Spinach Pies"; Filo dough stuffed with spinach and feta cheese
Entrée (Choose One):
- Royal Kabob Feast; Filet mignon kabob, chicken kabob, gyros with basmati rice, pinenuts and grilled vegeables
- Gyro Stir-Fry; Gyros Sautéed with mushrooms, onions, peppers and zucchiniand stirred with a homemade savory-sweet sauce. Paired with rice
- Baked Garlic-Lemon Salmon; Served with a cilantro-tomato salad, basmati rice and topped withtoasted pine nuts (gf)
- Fire Roasted Lamb Tenderloin; Lamb chops, gyros, mushrooms, onions, fried potatoes, spinach.Mild or Spicy
- Mujaddara; Lentil rice, onions, Arabic salad, hot sauce (gf)
- Msakhan; Traditional Palestinian roasted chicken spiced with sumac,sautéed onions, olive oil, pine nuts and parsley. Served overtoasted Arabic flatbread
- Lamb Shank; Most tender part of the lamb leg, seasoned and slowly baked withgreen beans and carrots. Served with rice or couscous (gf)
- Moussaka; Layers of sliced potatoes, eggplant, ground beef with a ricetomato sauce and topped with parmesan cheese
Third Course (Choose One):
- Namoora Pie; Filo dough stuffed with a creamy custard, baked and drizzledwith a homemade honey sauce. Served with vanilla ice cream
