  • Pear Berry Salad; Mixed greens with asian pear, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and candied walnuts with raspberry poppy seed dressing

  • Chicken Pot Pie; The original
  • Duck Breast; Pan seared over pea purée and spring vegetables with a duck jus
  • Bourbon Pork Chop; One marinated, center-cut pork chop with The Grill apple sauce, served with classic mashed potatoes
  • Top Sirloin; 8 oz. U.S.D.A. prime cut, served with classic mashed potatoes
  • Trout; Panko encrusted lemon thyme rainbow trout with asparagus
