Lunch — $10
Appetizer (Choose One):
Chips with a choice of;
- Queso Gringo; Creamy white cheddar season with our red salsa, tomatoes, and onions
- Roasted Tomatillo; Roasted tomatillo, chipotle, roasted garlic
- Pico De Gallo Uruapan; Fresh tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro,red onion, garlic & avocado
- Salsa Aguacate; Serrano, tomatillo, cilantro, avocado whipped into a savory puree. Spicy!
Or
- Elote; Roasted, charred ear of corn, coated with sea salt, crema, cotija, chile & lime
Entrée (Choose One):
Tacos…. Choice of two, (served on our handmade corn tortillas unless otherwise noted) along with rice and beans:
- Mixed Mushroom Taco (NEW); Porcini, portabella,button & shiitake, grilled onions, queso cotija, and toasted pine nuts in chile ancho sauce
- Puerco en Salsa Verde; Pork loin & potatoes prepared in our famous salsa verde sauce
- Chorizo; Spicy Adobado Mexican Pork Sausage, potatoes
- Barbacoa; Braised beef in guajillo chile, cinnamon, spices
Or
- Bolillo Burger; Fresh ground sirloin, lettuce, tomato, avocado, raw jalapeno, onion, queso Oaxaca, & chipotle spread on a bolillo bun. With fresh cut fries
- Pozole; Pork hominy soup in a rich red chile broth. Cabbage, cilantro, oregano, radish, lime to garnish!
