- Divers Caught Scallops; U-10 scallops over citrus quinoa, roasted tomato coconut sauce, topped with toasted coconut, green onions and orange supreme
- Chicken Mole Enchilada; Slow roasted shredded chicken in our haus mole, served with manchego cheese, rice & beans
- Beef Burrito; Pico de gallo, crema, smothered in cheese fondu, rice and beans
