  • Tuscan Salmon; Fresh sautéed salmon fillet served over spinach, artichokes, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and broccoli, finished in a white wine sauce

  • Prime Six Filet; Tenderloin topped with jumbo lump crab and drizzled with our signature honey-bourbon butter sauce
  • Alaskan Halibut; Pan-seared Alaskan halibut served on a bed of roasted carrots and asparagus topped with a golden raisin beurre blanc sauce
  • Peking Chicken Sumontha; Special batter flash-fried chicken, de-glazed with garlic sweet and spicy sauce, topped with mélange of red peppers & chives
