Lunch — $15
Appetizer (Choose One):
- Ellsworth Cheese Curds; Cajun and garlic white cheddar Ellsworth curds served with our buttermilk ranch sauce
- House Made Tots; Shredded potato, cheese and sour cream hand-rolled. Served with our house buttermilk ranch
- Potato Skewers; Idaho russet potatoes sliced and skewered - fried and finished with our garlic dill seasoning
Entrée (Choose One):
- Cranberry Club; Applewood smoked turkey, butter, lettuce, sprouts, tomato and Wisconsin Cherrywood smoked bacon on cranberry wild rice bread, finished with house cranberry aioli. Choice of side
- 1/ ½ French Dip Sandwich & French Onion Soup; Tender, marinade beef strips, seared and placed on a toasted French roll with provolone cheese, served with a cup of French onion soup
- Loaded Philly Cheesesteak; Sliced Premium USDA black angus beef, griddled and finished with melted provolone cheese, carmelized onions, wild mushrooms and mixed bell peppers. Choice of side
- Fish Tacos; Pan roasted Tilapia, Romaine, avocado, heirloom tomatoes in two whole grain tortillas – topped with a Meyer lemon caper aioli
- Pueblo Burger; Wisconsin cherrywood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, avocado and pico de gallo atop a 1/2 lb Ranchers Select Premium burger. Choice of side

- Bulgogi Lettuce Wraps; Shaved beef marinated in Asian sauce, grilled with kimchi and served with fresh, bib butter lettuce leaves
- Duck Bacon & Sweet Corn Wontons; Decadent Maple Leaf Farms duck bacon, charred sweet corn and cream cheese. Served with sweet & spicy house plum sauce

- 14 Oz Ribeye; Hand-cut in house and grilled your temperature choice
- Blue Circle Salmon; Our 6 ounce fresh, Norwegian salmon fillet grilled to your preference. Served with house horseradish dill sauce
- Pork Tenderloin; USDA Duroc Pork loin marinated with house Asian Spices – grilled to your preference. Served sliced
- Seafood Linguine; Two scallops and three jumbo shrimp in a lemon caper sauce with heirloom tomatoes and cilantro garnish on linguine
- Chef’s Choice Entrée - Tomahawk Pork Chop (Add $15); Our 16 ounce center cut pork belly seasoned in our signature dry rub – topped with Windsor candied onions
