Hummus: Pureed chickpeas mixed with tahini sauce, garlic and topped with parsley

Steak Hummus: Hummus topped with tender steak, pine nuts and parsley

Grape Leaves: Stuffed with rice and ground beef

Falafel: Chickpeas, spiced and deep-fried

Arayes: Pocket bread stuffed with spiced meat (kufta), caramelized onions, cilantro and garlic-mayo

Mediterranean Flatbread: Thin crust pizza topped with slices of gyros, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and feta cheese

Fried Cauliflower: Fresh cut cauliflower deep-fried, spiced and served with yogurt-feta sauce

Pesto Shrimp with Toasted Pita Bread: Basil pesto marinated shrimp on toasted pita bread with grilled tomatoes and feta cheese

ENTRÉE

Moussaka: Layers of sliced potatoes and eggplant, ground beef, cheese and rich tomato sauce

Gyro Stir-Fry: Gyros sautéed with mushrooms, onions, green peppers, carrots and zucchini, mixed in our honey-savory sauce and served over rice

Mujuddara (Vegetarian): A Middle Eastern dish with lentils, rice and caramelized onions. Served with our homemade hot sauce and a cilantro-tomato salad

Lamb Shank: The most tender part of the lamb leg, seasoned and slowly baked with green beans and carrots, served over rice or couscous

Royal Kabob Feast: Beef filet mignon, chicken kabob, shrimp kabob and gyros, served with basmati rice, pine nuts and seasonal grilled vegetables

Lebanese Gourmet Dinner: Kibbe, gyros, grape leaves and a lamb kabob char-broiled, served over rice with a tabouli salad

Garlic-Lemon Baked Salmon: Baked salmon seasoned with garlic and lemon, served with a cilantro-tomato salad, basmati rice and topped with pine nuts

Shrimp Saganaki: Sautéed shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, Kalamata olives in a ouzo sauce topped with feta cheese and mint. Served with toasted pita or rice

Atayif: Mama’s Middle Eastern pancake stuffed with sweet cheese and drizzled with honey sauce

Baklava Trio: Pistachio, walnut and finger roll baklava
