Ensalada de Cilantro y Pollo: Fajita chicken with mesclun salad mix, cilantro lime vinaigrette with black beans, roasted red bell pepper, Monterey Jack, avocado, and Veracruz vegetables

Enchilada de Espinaca: Sautéed spinach, Monterey Jack, and mushrooms in an enchilada topped with sour cream poblano sauce

Chimichanga de Pollo: Flour tortilla filled with fajita chicken, Monterey Jack, chipotle wine sauce, and roasted poblano pepper and flash fried, topped with ranchera sauce and queso fresco

Salmon: Grilled fresh fillet topped with chimichurri sauce and micro cilantro


Flan: A tasting of our Mexican custard with caramel sauce and a hint of Cointreau

Ahi Tuna Tacos: Crisp mini tacos filled with sushi grande tuna, jicama ginger slaw, guacamole, and picked red onion, drizzled with chipotle aioli

Tamale: Spiced and seasoned pulled beef tamale topped with roasted red bell pepper, tomatillo sauce, micro cilantro, queso fresco, and roasted chorizo corn


Carnitas: Braised pork shanks topped with chipotle wine sauce. With seasonal vegetables and Mexican rice

Carne Asada: Grilled skirt steak with house marinated onions on a bed of chimichurri sauce. With whole roasted jalapeno, avocado, black beans, and cilantro lime rice

Chipotle Pollo Fajitas: Chicken fajitas with chipotle wine sauce, bacon, mushrooms, & Monterey Jack

Relleno de Camarones: Roasted poblano pepper filled with shrimp, Monterey Jack, mushrooms, corn, spinach and zucchini, topped with sliced avocado, roasted red bell pepper and drizzled with poblano sauce. Served over a bed of cilantro lime rice
