One of things we love about our venue is who manages it: Chowgirls Killer Catering. As I’ve said before, not only is the space beautiful, but the fact that we didn’t have to worry about finding a great caterer was the cherry on top when we found the space. Needless to say, going through the tasting with Chowgirls has been one of my most anticipated wedding tasks and I’ve been salivating for months just thinking about it.
This past week we finally went down to the Chowgirls kitchen in Northeast Minneapolis and met with Jenny, our awesome manager at Chowgirls, who kept bringing us plate after plate of pure deliciousness. We had laid out a few menu options for her prior to our meeting and being able to taste and see the different choices was the best way to really figure out what we wanted. Unfortunately, there were so many plates we loved, we haven’t been able to choose one option yet! But like most things when you’re planning a wedding on a budget, our choice will ultimately come down to staying within our catering budget. And, even though that can be tough sometimes, we know we truly can’t go wrong with any of our options! The only thing I’m concerned about is our guests wanting second helpings . . . Chowgirls is going kill it.
