Your mother is speaking in one ear telling you that you must register for 12 sets of fine china, while your future mother-in-law is talking in your other ear about having enough crystal candlesticks. What do you do? How do you know what is important and what is not? Everyone has an opinion when it comes to wedding planning, and the best way to handle it is to take it all in stride and find some unbiased help. The experts at Bloomingdale’s are here to do just that.
If you are looking for guidance on your registry, or just want to sip champagne and dine on chocolate covered strawberries (provided by Napa Valley Grille), plan to spend an evening at Bloomingdale’s at The Mall of America. On Thursday, October 6 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Bloomingdale’s will welcome you with open arms at its Couples’ Night Out. The evening will include help from Bloomingdale’s wedding consultant Elyssa Wells, as well as other registry savvy staff. Outside vendors will be on hand at the event including Soda Stream and china brand representatives to help you understand the different products.
The event is for both couples who have registered and those who are just starting out. All of the departments on the floor will be available to guide you in the process. Another perk of the event is a special goodie bag, which will include items ranging from wedding magazines and product information, to cosmetic samples and oven mitts.
