Anyone who follows Minneapolis-based designer and creative consultant Kate Arends Peters on her Wit & Delight blog, Instagram feed or uber-popular Pinterest page knows that in addition to white flowers, green succulents, and gold tableware, the lady likes a cold one. So when Target asked her to collaborate on a Pinterest-inspired party collection, she started (and ended) with beer.
Wit & Delight for Target launches Sunday, Sept. 14 in stores and on target.com featuring an array of beer-themed accessories screaming for aerial shots, including a green-tinted beer growler, a chalk-sided beverage bucket, a disposable tasting set, cork coasters and bar towels—almost all priced under $25. There are also vases and trays in geometric shapes and neutral colors that look straight out of the Wit + Delight blog. And that, of course, is where you can see the pieces come to life this week, as Peters posts sneak peeks, back stories, recipes and tablescapes.
