Well, the writing is on the wall: Pacifier is moving to the North Loop. (A sign went up this week.) Almost a dozen years after opening in Northeast Minneapolis, the husband and wife-run modern baby boutique is moving its flagship store across the Hennepin Avenue bridge to the hottest neighborhood in town. Pacifier is taking a spot next door to D.NOLO, and will share D.NOLO's access to complimentary valet parking in the Monte Carlo lot. The larger space will give Pacifier room for a play area and an event space where co-owner Wing Witthuhn hopes to host birthday parties and offer classes for parents and kids.
Pacifier is prepping to move from Northeast to the North Loop after the holidays—stay tuned for sale details. Pacifier has three other locations, downtown Minneapolis in City Center, Highland Park in St. Paul, and 50th & France in Edina.
