Here’s a name to have on your radar: Anna Chambers-Goldberg. The Macalester College grad studied printmaking for several years before launching a clothing line in 2013 that blends her expertise in hand-dying and textiles with her other passion: sewing. She’s been selling her distinct pieces at Showroom, and for spring, she worked hand-in-hand with one of the Twin Cities’ original maker marketplaces, Gallery 360, on a 70-piece collection of wearable art that looks right on trend: soft culottes, draped tops, loose dresses with splatter paint designs and detailed stitch work.
“We strived to balance design and edge with comfort and affordablitity,” Chambers-Goldberg says. To that end, pieces range from $88 to $228. Look for ACG at other boutiques this spring, with unique pieces created for each shop or gallery. acgmpls.com
