We’ll talk about Dominique’s journey to making her own unique food, and whether there is a space in contemporary food culture for someone with a different vision for what’s important to them. We’ll talk about what advice she has to chefs, and particularly female chefs, for heading towards their own cuisine, and how to stay the course in a world structurally accustomed to male success. We’ll talk about poetry!
