8 AM / Insanity / The Shed
This is a bodyweight cardio-based high-intensity interval class where you will work flat out in 2 minute blocks taking breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's all about Max Interval Training, which keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout. You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. You will get in "INSANE" shape "insanely" fast!
