Class Description: Welcome to the TOOLSHED where our circuit training classes take place. SHED Circuit is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute then move onto another exercise. But not just any exercise...we'll have you using all sorts of tools for a fun workout such as hammering tires, whipping battle ropes, pushing power sleds, boxing, and more! It's like being in gym class all over again!
8 AM | Class: Haute FAB-45 Barre Class | Instructor: TBD | Haute Barre
Class Description: This 45 minute barre class is a full-body workout, targeting the areas we love to work the most – the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes. The class is comprised of interval strength training, isometric holds, and deep, luxuriating stretches, all working to strengthen and lengthen your muscles and develop those shapely lines.
9 AM | Class: Dynamic Power | Instructor: Laura Robertson | The Firm
Class Description: Strength training based on 4 major movements, press, pull, squat, and hinge. Engagement of glutes and abs (the core) are key in ALL of these movements. Guaranteeing a full body workout every class. Each movement progresses through 3 stages. Slow for strength and skill development. Speed for performance building. And finally Isometric for neurological fine tuning. Dynamic Power is designed to compliment activities in and out of the gym. It is the perfect addition to conquer elusive fitness goals.
9 AM | Class: Boot Camp | Instructor: Jason Burgoon and Team | Bodies by Burgoon
Class Description: A boot camp-style class focused on using your body weight to strengthen your body and boost your cardio. Participants will push their limits and learn how to exercise on their own. Whether your starting point is a jumping jack, or if you just won a marathon, you'll be challenged by Bodies by Burgoon top trainers, with four decades of collective experience.

Class Description: Workout with local style expert and former background dancer Grant Whittaker. Workout to the season’s hottest trends in music, runway, aerobic and dance inspired movements with lots of flavor and sass. The perfect mix of Naomi Campbell meets Jennifer Lopez.

Class Description: This intense circuit based class mixes TRX suspension training with other resistance and cardio training methods including medicine balls, bodyweight, free weights, and BOSU balance training, for a fun and fast paced full body workout.

Class Description: Instructor Doug Melroe of THE FIRM will challenge you with this athletic-based cardio and strength training circuit workout. You may work your way through a variety of stations or be challenged within your own space. Either way, you’ll walk away from this boot camp-style class with a complete, full-body workout.
12 PM | Class: Mat Pilates | Instructor: TBD | Kata Organic Cafe + Fitness Boutique
Class Description: Mat Pilates is a series of lengthening and toning exercises focused on strengthening the muscles of the hips, glutes, back and abdominals, or what is known in Pilates as the Powerhouse! Mat Pilates is the perfect compliment to a high intensity or cardio workout. As well as building strength and stamina in the entire body, Pilates improves your breathing, flexibility, balance and co-ordination.
1 PM | Class: theMIXX | Instructor: Katie Haggerty | Life Time Fitness
Class Description: Have a ridiculously good time with a cardio mixture of dance, drills, and kickboxing. Movement should feel fun, free, and funky-fresh. Bring your sweet ass and a towel.
1 PM | Class: Yoga Sculpt | Instructor: Rah Engstrom | Calhoun Beach Athletic Club
Class Description: An hour long, upbeat, all-over body workout that integrates yoga, functional movement and strength training with dumbbells.
