Andrew Bird

Chicago-based Andrew Bird performed at First Avenue in May 2007 in support of his new CD, Armchair Apocrypha. Before the show, he chatted with Mpls.St.Paul's Megan Wiley about how he brought whistling into his music, why he performs with Minneapolis musicians (currently Martin Dosh and Jeremy Ylvisaker), and his decision to make this tour green.
