Your child has a place at Minnehaha Academy. When your child becomes a Minnehaha student, he or she will join a community of life-long learners in a strong academic program that encourages intellectual curiosity. Your child will join a community that cares about his or her success in school and school activities as well as character. Your child will be amazed with what he or she can do - in the classroom, on the athletic field, and in the arts.
In Lower School, your child will be set on a path of discovery, guided by passionate teachers who cultivate a joy of learning. Your child will make life-long friends who will continue to have a positive influence as they grow together.
In Middle School, your child will navigate the sometimes rough waters of this transitional time with the help of supportive teachers and an encouraging peer group. Your child will have abundant opportunities to learn, grow and explore in the classroom, on the playing field, and on the stage, setting the course for a bright and confident future.
In Upper School, the classes our students take propel them forward into new learning and they are challenged regardless of grade level. Your child can earn college credit in 18 different AP courses, do research in our new STEM lab, paint, sing, and design a science experiment that will travel to the International Space Station. Our expert teachers are passionate about their subject areas and their courses are interesting and engaging.
