The Bloomington ChopHouse is committed to the highest quality Midwest raised beef. We featuring prime cuts and locally raised grass-fed beef and bison. We seek sustainable fresh seafood for our menu and serve seasonal locally grown produce when possible. Recognizing the importance of sustaining our environment, The ChopHouse has installed a rooftop honey bee beehive which will help support the Bloomington area and provide honey for our culinary and beverage teams. As members of our community, we give back through our team volunteering and with “Giving Back” Thursday night where 10% of sales are given to our local charity partners. Our Wine Spectator awarded wine list has more than 200 labels and features a reserved Coravin program with by the glass and vertical pours. Enjoy a dynamic cocktail experience in Olive Lounge prior to dinner with your favorite classic cocktail, a craft beer from in depth beer list or selection from our wines by the glass. We offer a Monday through Friday happy hour in Olive Lounge featuring half priced wine by the glass, half priced signature cocktails and $4 craft draft beer from 3-6pm. Enjoy our date night, every Saturday, featuring a couples three course menu with a bottle of wine.
