Con Queso: Spicy aged cheddar and fontina dip served with crinkle fried or tortilla chips & salsa
Pretzel Bites: Buttery and salty, fresh baked pretzel squares served with truffle aioli
Pork Enchiladas: Two braised pork, queso fresco, green salsa, scallions, and sour cream rolled enchiladas
Top-Sider Fish Taco Platter: Fresh Alaskan cod, the preferred fish of Top-Sider wearing yachters. With house sauce, pickled onions, soft corn tortilla. Served with adobo rice and black beans
Veggie Dangerdilla: Black beans, corn relish, blend of cheeses. Served with a side of red salsa.

Betty Danger’s Country Club is located in the Village of Mexampton, a little known, but highly visible enclave in the beautiful Northeast Arts District of Minneapolis. In the Village of Mexampton, Betty Danger’s Country Club serves to protect the creative class from the tyranny and tragedy of the 1%. In Mexampton, classism doesn’t exist and everyone drinks Margaritas. Betty serves Mexampton cuisine, such as tacos, enchiladas and burritos.
