Oh, the laundry room. The space we never really get around to decorating.
You can either leave it to a professional to tackle or take a cue from Minneapolis designer Jennaea Gearhart. We fell for her whole white look in this issue and were entirely impressed by her level of detail and execution, down to the bottom floor. That’s where she channeled her lovely inner laundress with monochromatic bottles of detergent, a rolling wash cart, and—best yet—peel-and-stick antler wallpaper from Chasing Paper, whose founder Elizabeth Rees is from Wisconsin and is constantly inspired by her Midwestern roots. Sensible, clever, chic.
