Many homes include a Personal Designer Home Visualizer—you can choose colors and finishes on some of your favorite homes on the parade. Some even have a Personal Designer iPad kiosk at the home.
The Green Path
More than 100 Parade Homes are featured on the Green Path Energy Efficient Home Tour, in partnership with Xcel Energy. These homes include a Minnesota Green Path Home Performance Report detailing expected energy performance.

Make “The Dream” True
The BATC Foundation uses proceeds from entry fees at select Dream Homes to help build and remodel homes for those in need. The most recent project is for veteran David Davidson and his wife, Penny. Building partner Gary Kraemer & Sons is making Davidson’s home safer and handicapped accessible. “Dream” homes and remodels are:
