Dan Oskey spent many years developing cutting-edge drinks and pushing the cocktail scene forward at the likes of The Strip Club and Hola Arepa. So it’s logical that his evolution and ambition would lead him to open Tattersall Distilling Company—a distillery and cocktail bar stocked exclusively with ingredients made to Oskey’s high standards. This includes spirits such as vodka, gin, and aquavit, as well as bitters, tinctures, tonics, purees, liqueurs, shrubs, and anything else his mad palate can craft to accompany and enhance those spirits. He has assembled a talented crew of bar vets, and the team’s aim is simple: to give drinkers something utterly unique and of this place.
