The Hanger Room in Wilernie is finally open! Run by former WA Frost chef Leonard Anderson, the small town steakhouse comes complete with its own in-house dry aging room. Plus they're using some local product, such as Fisher Farms pork, to put out a crafty take on the traditional steakhouse menu.
For those who follow the Madison scene, you'll be psyched to hear the Underground Food Collective has opened a restaurant. Formerly known for throwing massively cool dinners, including a few hit shindigs in NYC, the crew has put down some roots with the Underground Kitchen.

Samba, the cute little Brazilian place in Hopkins, has introduced a weekend of feasting! Fridays through Sundays, you now have two all-you-can-eat options: Feijoada (a black bean stew with pork, sausage, and ribs) for $19.50 or Churrasco (featuring 10 cuts of meat including beef, pork, chicken, and sausage) for $34.50. The churrasco won't be served rodizio style by gauchos with swords, but will be cooked and served individually.
