I have attended seven ballgames at Target Field. I haven’t tried everything, but I’ve sampled most ballpark staples from the concession stands in true game environments (not to be confused with media preview events). Here's what's working:
1. Kramarczuk's Polish are great. A little spicy, nicely juicy, and very generously portioned. The ballpark food value supreme.
2. When hot, the cheese curds are State Fair worthy. When not, well . . . ask for some hot ones. And the little boat they're served in is awfully cute.
3. The Byerly's/Lunds wild rice soup is surprisingly winning on cold nights.®
