Your next party doesn't need a signature cocktail. But wouldn't it feel so much chicer if you had one? We got Erik Eastman, co-owner of Easy & Oskey, to share his summer go-to summer aperitif.
2 parts dry sherry (Easy's pick: El Maestro Medium Oloroso) 1 part sweet vermouth (Easy's pick: Carpano Antica or Cocchi Torino) 1 part Dolin Blanc vermouth Easy & Oskey bitters, any you like
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher with fresh, clean ice. Stir for 10 seconds, strain into a serving pitcher of your choosing, and garnish each drink with an orange twist. The orange combines beautifully with the sherry to create a savory sipper that pairs beautifully with an array of cuisine (or, with nothing at all).
