Kelly's Depot Bar
Kelly’s Depot Bar is hidden near the Union Depot. You have to pay to park there, but you get a drink ticket for your troubles.
Shaw’s in Northeast Minneapolis is known for its burgers, but they’ve got plenty of cheap beer as well.
Skinner’s Pub near West 7th will (hopefully) always be a hang for fried chicken, great pizza, and real people.
Neumann’s Bar in North St. Paul is also known as The 1887, as it claims to be the oldest bar still running in the state (psst—there’s a bait shop on site as well).
Palmer’s Bar was once lauded by Esquire, but let’s not ruin it with too much attention.
Cuzzy’s, a divey holdout in the stylish North Loop, has dollar-bill décor and salty tots.
