Corona beer's new Mexican restaurant at the Mall of America isn't as gaudy as you'd think. Sure there are thatched huts and a gift shop poised at the entrance, but the walls aren't dripping with parrots singing Jimmy Buffet, and that's a nice change for MOA theme restaurants. The menu wants to be Mexican beach shack chic, with tacos and tortas and a big list of margaritas.
