The buzz over Baz Luhrmann’s 3-D adaptation of The Great Gatsby has put everyone in the mood for the angular lines and glamorous sparkle of the art deco movement. The fact that the movie, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, got pushed back to May 10 just gives us more time to celebrate the era’s architectural influences. We’re seeing the distinctive look everywhere from home furnishings to jewelry.
