To frame your eyes and add impact to your face, eyelash tinting darkens even the shortest lashes and gives them more volume, so they appear more lush. It’s also ideal for people with allergies to mascara or anybody who wants to wear less makeup. Brow tinting is an easy way to complement your hair color and enhance the shape and fullness of your brows.

To keep your skin smooth without Botox, minimize your intake of sugar and dairy products. Instead, pile up your plate with legumes, vegetables, and olive oil, which have been shown to lead to fewer wrinkles as we age. Get plenty of sleep, which refreshes your body and mind and helps to replenish your skin. Every day, drink plenty of water, which increases blood flow,
reduces toxins, and makes wrinkles less noticeable.

At this age, less is definitely more! Use a foundation with a reflective quality, avoid powders (or at least heavy ones), and stay away from eye shadows with lots of shimmer. Curl your eyelashes and use waterproof mascara so it stays on throughout the day. Don’t leave home without eyebrows—I get mine tattooed so they’re always helping frame my eyes!
