Slow Food Minnesota hosts their annual spring foraging dinner at Piney Hill Farm. The dinner is strictly wilderness-to-table foods that were foraged during the week. Chef Alan Bergo of The Salt Cellar will create a feast around the food foraged during the week. The meal is dependent on what Mother Nature chooses to provide that week. Local craft beer and tours are included.
