The most artisanal of Minnesota cocktail bars, Eat Street Social, has devoted its patio to all things tiki this summer, with flaming torches, retro glassware, and careful deployment of the tiki drinks of yore, including housemade orgeat (a flowery almond syrup used in drinks such as mai tais), housemade allspice dram, housemade falernum (a lime-accented syrup), and fresh-juiced pineapples.
