On a recent visit across the pond to London, we found ourselves among the eye-popping glamour of The Langham hotel’s Artesian bar. Bartender Marco Zappia whips up this refreshing, transporting cocktail at Eat Street Social’s (ESS) Tiki Bar.

1.25 oz White Lion Arrack
.75 oz ESS tart cherry liqueur (or grenadine)
.25 oz orange liqueur
.25 oz Benedictine
.5 oz hibiscus grenadine
1 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz lemon juice
4 drops ESS Mahalo Bitters
3 oz seltzer
Shake, add soda, strain, add ice, and garnish with cilantro.
