Santa Fe deviled eggs, with ancho and adobe chilies in the filling (these aren't your grandma's deviled eggs!). BLT cheesecake, which is not a dessert but a savory cream cheese/ricotta mix with chives, sun-dried tomatoes, and bacon, plus lemon aioli, fresh tomatoes, and more bacon, served with crostini.
