    Marinated pork shoulder steamed in banana leaf; served with broiled pineapple, black bean puree, pickled red onions and warm corn tortillas
  • Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
    Sautéed Florida gulf shrimp with toasted garlic, chipotle in adobo and lime; with cilantro rice and avocado
  • Enchiladas con Hongos
    Two traditional light corn tortillas with sauteed mushrooms, swiss chard, caramelized onions, Chihuahua cheese, shredded romaine, pico de gallo and avocado; topped with cotija and crema
