  • Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
    Sautéed Florida gulf shrimp with toasted garlic, chipotle in adobo and lime; with cilantro rice and avocado
  • Enchilada con Queso y Rajas
    Two traditional light corn tortillas filled with caramelized onions, roasted poblano peppers, and Chihuahua cheese; served with guajillo salsa and Mexican rice
  • Pollo a la Parilla estilo Yucatán 
    Grilled all-natural chicken breast, marinated in achiote, garlic, and guajillo chilies; served with roasted fingerling potatoes and green beans tossed in cilantro pesto.
