Vincent – A Restaurant: French cuisine with a contemporary American influence.
Established August 27, 2001 and located on the corner of 11th Street & the Nicollet Mall. The ever evolving, seasonal menu reflects Chef-owner Vincent Francoual’s eclectic style.
Lunch - Monday ~ Friday 11:30 am ~ 2:00 pm.
Two course prix fixe menu for $13.50 which changes weekly.
Dinner - Monday ~ Thursday 5.30 pm ~ 9.30 pm
Friday and Saturday 5.30 ~ 11.00 pm
Vincent’s Signature dishes include Escargots in Garlic Butter, Pan-Seared Scallops and the famous Vincent Burger!

Vincent’s private dining facility, the mezzanine overlooks the dining room and offers a beautiful view of Nicollet Mall. It accommodates up to 48 guests for seated functions and 70 for cocktail receptions.

Throughout the year, Vincent A Restaurant is host to a number of special events, including Bastille Day and Beaujolais Nouveau celebrations. Also, the ideal location of the restaurant gives us the opportunity to partake of the many different activities that occur along the Nicollet Mall during the summer and winter months. Be sure to visit the crêpe stand located at Orchestra Hall during the summer concert series and in the winter during the Holidazzle Parade located right outside the restaurant. You may also find the Vincent Burger or a Frenchy dog being offered as well!
