Solveig Tofte's little venture is something to crow about. The Mad Bread Scientist bakes up all kinds of innovative loaves at her bakery, and manages to woo the neighborhood with tasty biscuit sandwiches, sourdough flapjacks, porchetta sandwiches and kolacky to boot.
