Appetizer (Choose one):

  • Guacamole en Molcajete
    Since 1984, we have been preparing freshly made guacamole with avocado, jalapeño, tomato, onion and cilantro. Served with warm tortilla chips and salsa.
  • Flautas de Camarón
    Crispy tortillas stuffed with shrimp and potatoes. Served with chipotle mayonnaise.
  • Tostadas de Tinga de Res 
    Crispy tortillas topped with pasilla black beans, beef tinga, shredded cabbage, radish and salsa verde picante.

Entrée (Choose one):

  • Rosa Mexicano Tacos
    3 tacos made with your choice of an authentic, regional filling and handmade corn tortillas. Served with grilled Mexican street corn, achiote rice and black beans.
    Tinga de Res, Camarones Capeados or Pescado de Mahi Mahi.
  • Rollo de Pechuga
    Chicken breast stuffed with huitlacoche and corn. Finished with a poblano cream sauce.
  • Enchiladas de Camarones
    Shrimp tinga and cabbage finished with tomatillo sauce, onions, cilantro and melted Chihuahua cheese.

Dessert (Choose one):

  • Churros en Bolsa
    Traditional Mexican doughnuts served with three dipping sauces: chocolate, caramel and raspberry guajillo.
  • Tres Leches
    Mexican three milk cake with toasted coconut and fresh berries.
