Appetizer (Choose one):

  • Guacamole en Molcajete
    Since 1984, we have been preparing freshly made guacamole with avocado, jalapeño, tomato, onion and cilantro. Served with warm tortilla chips and salsa.
  • Flautas de Pollo
    Crispy corn tortillas filled with chicken tinga and topped with salsa pasilla de Oaxaca, salsa verde, queso fresco and crema.
  • Ceviche de Camarones
    Mexican white shrimp from the Baja Coast marinated in citrus with jicama, avocado, roasted habanero, red onion and cilantro.

Entrée (Choose one):

  • Tacos de Pescado de Mahi Mahi
    Grilled white fish with white cabbage escabeche and jalapeño-tartar sauce. 
  • Tres Enchiladas
    A taste of Rosa Mexicano’s signature enchiladas - roasted chicken tinga with tomatillo sauce, chipotle-braised beef with mestiza sauce and Chihuahua cheese with tomato ranchera sauce.  
  • Carnitas
    Slow-braised pork with cilantro, white onion and grilled pineapple.  Served in a cast iron skillet with handmade corn tortillas.

    A taste of Rosa Mexicano’s signature enchiladas - roasted chicken tinga with tomatillo sauce, chipotle-braised beef with mestiza sauce and Chihuahua cheese with tomato ranchera sauce. 
  • Mahi Mahi Primavera with Gazpacho
    Pan-seared striped bass with grilled spring vegetables and tomato gazpacho. Topped with sauteed shrimp and mushrooms.  

Dessert (Choose one):

  • Guacamole Sundae
    Avocado Ice Cream served in a frozen molcajete with raspberries, white chocolate shavings, mint, piloncillo-chocolate sauce, raspberry guajillo sauce and cinnamon sugar tortilla chips. .
  • Tres Leches
    Mexican three milk cake with toasted coconut and fresh berries.
