Rosa Mexicano offers authentic Mexican cuisine in a fun, festive environment.  A great fit for all occasions, from dinner with your family to lunch with your co-workers.  Known for our table-side guacamole and Frozen Pomegranate Margarita, our food goes beyond that with fresh salads, handmade tacos, sandwiches (at lunch) and chicken, beef and seafood entrees.  Family friendly.

Lunch — $20

Appetizer (Choose one):

  • Guacamole en Molcajete (serves 2)
    Since 1984, we have been preparing freshly made guacamole with avocado, jalapeño, tomato, onion and cilantro. Served with tortilla chips and salsa norteña.
     
  • Nachos de Tres Quesos (Serves Two)
    Hand-cut, crispy tortillas topped with black beans, queso fresco, white cheddar,
    Chihuahua cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, chipotle and serrano chiles.
    Add Braised Chicken or Beef Short Rib  3
     
  • Empanadas de Pollo con Chorizo
    Corn masa empanadas stuffed with chicken tinga, Mexican chorizo and queso menonita, served with mestiza crema.
     
  • Flautas de Pollo
    Crispy corn tortillas filled with chicken tinga, topped with salsa pasilla de Oaxaca, salsa verde, queso fresco and crema. 
     
  • Sopa de Tortilla
    Roasted tomato-pasilla chile broth with grilled chicken, sliced avocado, shredded
    Chihuahua cheese, crema fresca and crispy tortilla strips.

Entrée (Choose one):

  • Any Skillet Taco or Enchilada or Quesadilla 
  • Tacos de Pollo
    Ancho-marinated grilled chicken breast with slow-cooked peppers
    and Chihuahua cheese. 
     
  • Ensalada Picada/Salmon
    Natural grilled salmon chopped with Tuscan kale, roasted corn, chayote, tortilla strips and roasted poblano peppers tossed in a poblano pepper vinaigrette.

  • Ensalada Caesar de Pollo
    A classic Caesar with crisp whole romaine lettuce, grilled ancho-marinated chicken breast, roasted red peppers and chile-croutons, tossed in jalapeño-parmesan dressing. 
     

Dessert (Choose one):

  • Flan de Rosa / Espresso Flan
    Vanilla flan infused with espresso served on a warm, thin ancho chile brownie, topped with Mexican cinnamon whipped cream.
     
  • Churros con Salsa de Chocolate
    Traditional Mexican doughnuts served with chocolate dipping sauce.

  • A traditional Mexican beverage inspired to compliment the rich melding of chiles, fruits, herbs and spices found in Mexican food.
